Kite Club Cabarete is the home of kiteboarding here in Cabarete. The very first KiteBoarders to discover Cabarete stayed right in the house which is now Kite Club. We pride ourselves on our reputation as the most professional Kiteschool in Cabarete while maintaining an open and friendly atmosphere. You'll meet kiters that are complete beginners and world class pros taking kitesurfing lessons, surfing the waves, or just chiling out to watch the show that is KiteBeach Cabarete.

Kitesurfing Lessons

The famous spot in the Dominican Republic, Cabarete is loved for kiteboarding. With constant trade winds and warm waters Kite Club is the ideal place to learn to kiteboard.

Kite Club brings the first IKO Kite Boarding school to the South coast of Dominican Republic to the most popular tourist destination in the Caribbean, Punta Cana. Famous for it's ideal climate all inclusive resorts and beautiful beaches Punta Cana is the perfect family destination. Although not as windy as Cabarete, Punta Cana enjoys steady trade winds from December through till the end of April and with the shallow flat waters and uncrowded beaches it makes it a great winter destination.

Kite Club's one week Intensive Kiteboarding Course is by far the most comprehensive training available here in Cabarete. All our Instructors are seasoned pros and IKO Certified Instructors, trained personally by Jon Dodds, 7 year Cabarete veteran and IKO Examiner he's the Training Master for IKO. During the Intensive KiteCourse you'll receive daily Private Kiteboarding lessons followed by Supervised Practice time. You'll have full use of all rental equipment any time of day for the whole week while your Instructor will give you the coaching as and when you need it over the week. We use the best available equipment suited to learning Kiteboarding. Bow-kites ensure your safety and ease of learning. We also use Radio Helmets which means you are in constant contact with your Instructor for faster feedback and tips while on the water. All in all the One Week Intensive Kitesurf Course is the sure fire way to get Kitesurfing in a short a time possible.
